Returns & Exchanges

We want you to cherish every DÔEN piece; however, if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items and packing slip into the original shipping box or a similar reusable mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
