When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do I care for my DÔEN garments?
To preserve the quality of our natural fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or dry cleaning. Always refer to the specific care label inside your garment.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
